Josie is doing quite well!

Thank you all for your prayers and concerns for our sweet Josie. We are so thankful to be on this side of surgery, and Josie is doing really well.

We left Mott's hospital on Saturday at 1 ish, and Josie slept the whole 2 hours home. She is adjusting back slowly to her "normal" schedule.  The pain does not seem to be bothering Josie, but she is having a hard time being away from us, since we did not leave her side for the days in the hospital. When it is time for bed she longs for one of us to be in her room with her, or rocking her....We know that this to shall pass, and are over joyed with how well the surgery went, and so far recovery is going!

Home Sweet Home!!

We are home! Josie did great on the ride home, and slept the whole way! We are looking forward to settling back home, and loving om our little girl as she heals! Thank you all for the prayers!

It has been a good day!!

We are doing well here at Hotel Mott, Josie is doing really well just sitting in our arms. We slept a bit last night. Josie ate a few things today, and is tolerating her pain. If all goes well tonight, we will be able to head home tomorrow, yeah!! So proud of Josie, and so thankful !!!

Long, long surgery, but Josie did great!! She is now resting well in our arms. We are ALL exhausted! So praying for some good rest tonight!

Doctor is still working...Josie is doing well.
